Thomas D. Logan

Founding Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Thomas D. Logan currently serves, and has served, as Mirion’s founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2005, and he has served as a member of Mirion’s Board of Directors since 2005. Prior to joining Mirion, Mr. Logan served as Chief Executive Officer for Global Dosimetry Solutions, a radiation dosimetry provider, from 2004. Prior to 2004, Mr. Logan served as President of BAF Energy, CFO of E-M Solutions and of BVP, Inc. and prior to that, held various finance leadership positions at Chevron. Mr. Logan has more than 30 years of energy industry experience, as well as extensive experience within the contract manufacturing and consumer products industries. Mr. Logan received a M.B.A. and a B.S. from Cornell University. We believe Mr. Logan’s extensive history with Mirion, as well as his business expertise, qualify him to serve on our Board of Directors.

Alison Ulrich

Chief Human Resources Officer

Alison Ulrich was named Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2022. Prior to becoming CHRO, Alison served as the Global HR Director for Mirion and was responsible for managing and building the HR function to support our growing employee base, leading our global HR initiatives and policies, and implementing programs to elevate the employee experience across the board. Alison has been with Mirion since 2004.

Bertrand Duban

President of Nuclear Medicine

Bertrand Duban was named President of Nuclear Medicine in October 2023. Previously, he held the role of Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, Government Affairs from April 2023. Prior to this role, Bertrand also served as president of the Nuclear Medicine division where he was responsible to refocus the division on its core businesses and to divest the Physical Medicine activities. From 2017 to 2022, Bertrand served as Senior Vice President, Strategy where he led in particular the M&A program which allowed to create and develop Mirion Medical. Bertrand began his career in 1999 in France and has held a series of management positions within the Nuclear Fuel business of Framatome and then Canberra in France and in the US. Bertrand holds degrees in General Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and in Industrial Economy and Production Management from Ecole Nationale Des Mines de Paris.

Alex Gaddy

Senior Vice President, Strategy, IR & Treasurer

Alex Gaddy was named Senior Vice President of Strategy, IR and Treasurer in May of 2023. Since joining Mirion in 2019, he led the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Team and Investor Relations efforts, supporting the transformation of Mirion becoming a public company. Mr. Gaddy has 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy in prior positions with Novelis, McKesson, Avient Corporation and Altium Packaging. Alex holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Clemson University.

Emmanuelle Lee

Chief Legal Officer

Emmanuelle Lee has served as Deputy General Counsel of Mirion Technologies since 2011 and General Counsel since 2018. Ms. Lee’s prior positions include corporate counsel positions with FrontRange Solutions (now Ivanti) and PeopleSoft (now Oracle), and attorney at the law firm of Ropers Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. In addition, she started her career as a parliamentary aid to the late Xavier de Villepin, a French Senator who represented French expatriates and headed the Senate Committee for Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Armed Forces. Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, California and her French law degree from Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Brian Schopfer

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Schopfer has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2020. Mr. Schopfer joined Mirion in 2015 and previously served as Mirion’s Executive and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation. In February 2018, Mr. Schopfer left Mirion and joined Omnimax International, a building products company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer until March 2019. Mr. Schopfer rejoined Mirion in March 2019. Prior to joining Mirion, Mr. Schopfer served as Chief Financial Officer for Hillphoenix (part of the Dover Corporation), a commercial refrigeration manufacturer, from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Schopfer also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Dover Corporation, a global manufacturing company, from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Schopfer received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Shelia Webb

Chief Digital Officer

Shelia Webb was named Chief Digital Officer in October 2023. Prior to this role, Shelia served as Chief Technology Officer from July 2019. She was previously the Spectroscopy Division (now part of the Mirion Technologies Group) President for three years. Prior to the Canberra acquisition, she served as Vice President of Engineering for Canberra Industries. Throughout the past twenty-three years, she held a series of management positions within Canberra in Product Management, Product Development and Services. She began her career in Oak Ridge, TN managing a Radiochemistry Laboratory while working for Lockheed-Martin Energy Systems in the Analytical Chemistry Division. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Tennessee Wesleyan University.

James Cocks

Chief Technology Officer

James Cocks was named Chief Technology Officer in October 2023. Previously, he assumed the role of Chief Product Officer since July 2022. Prior to this role, James served as North America Detection & Measurement Division President for three years and, for three years prior to that, Characterization Division President. James also served as Chief Technology Officer for Canberra Industries before its acquisition by Mirion in 2016. During his 18 years with the company, he held management positions in Product Management, Engineering and Business Development. He began his career as a Research Physicist working at the Accelerator Laboratory at University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from Liverpool, UK and an MBA from Henley Business School, UK.

Christopher Moore

Chief Accounting Officer

Christopher Moore has served as Mirion’s Chief Accounting Officer since March 28, 2022. Prior to joining Mirion, Mr. Moore served as Global Controller of Lime Transportation, a non-public technology company, from October 2021 to March 2022. Mr. Moore also served as Global Corporate Controller of Carestream Dental, a non-public healthcare company, from October 2019 to October 2021. Mr. Moore previously served as Global Business Controller - Renewable Energy of General Electric, a public industrials company, from June 2017 to October 2019. Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Loic Eloy

Technologies Group President

Loic Eloy has served as our Technologies Group President since 2022. Mr. Eloy joined Mirion in 2015 and previously served as Vice President of Mirion’s Detection and Measurement (Health Physics) Division from 2015 to 2019 and President of Mirion’s Radiation Monitoring Systems Division from 2019 to 2022. Prior to joining Mirion, Mr. Eloy served as Director of Finance and Accounting of Areva from February 2008 to February 2012, and then Commercial Director from February 2012 to January 2015. Prior to 2008, Mr. Eloy held various finance and commercial positions with Siemens. Mr. Eloy received an MBA from the Universidad Panamericana and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Economics and Marketing from the University of Lyon.

Erin Schesny

Chief Marketing Officer

Erin Schesny was named Chief Marketing Officer in October 2023. Prior to this role, Erin served as Vice President of Integrated Marketing from October 2022 to oversee Mirion’s product launch and downstream marketing efforts. Erin joined Sun Nuclear Corporation in January 2019 as the Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for developing a functional marketing organization and deploying strategic, multi-channel initiatives. After the acquisition of Sun Nuclear in 2021, Mirion shifted to a group operating model and Erin led the rebranding strategy for the Mirion Medical Group. Erin has over 18 years of experience in the radiation therapy industry having held various marketing leadership roles with Elekta and ViewRay. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Randolph-Macon Women’s College.
