Mirion Technologies Installs 1,000th Lynx High Temperature Camera
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Mirion Technologies Imaging Systems Division announced the installation of the 1,000th IST-Quadtek(R) Lynx(R) camera. The 1,000th camera was installed at M/s NCL Industries Limited in Andhra Pradesh, India under an order placed by our longstanding partner, Toshniwal Industries Pvt. Ltd. (TIPL) of Amjer, lndia.
The IST-Quadtek line of high-temperature industrial camera systems combine temperature measurement, real-time video, and image processing into an enhanced video experience displaying measurement information over a live video image. Operators and engineers have relied on these systems to remotely view kilns, boilers, furnaces and glass tanks for over twenty years. These camera systems are designed and built to the high quality standards needed to operate in excessive heat, severe dust load and corrosive liquid environments of today's high temperature industries.
"We are pleased with the strength of the relationship that has developed between the Imaging Systems Division and TIPL," said Ken Neal, President of the Imaging Systems Division.
"We have supplied 164 high-temperature IST-Quadtek cameras in total and commissioned over 150 of these units to date in India," said TIPL's Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Toshniwal. "We also operate a successful spares and service operation to actively support such a large customer base."
