Mirion Technologies Health Physics Division Announces Appointment of Jurgen Fellinger as VP of Sales

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Mirion Technologies Health Physics Division today announced the appointment of Dr. Jurgen Fellinger as VP of Sales for the global defense & industry market segment.

"Jurgen is a welcome addition to our team," said Antony Besso, President, of Mirion's Health Physics Division. "With over 25 years of experience in the health physics industry, his technical expertise and market knowledge will play a key role in extending Mirion's leadership in the global defense & industry segment." Dr. Fellinger's responsibilities will also include management of the detection & identification product lines.

Before joining Mirion, Dr. Fellinger served as International Sales and Marketing Manager for ICx Radiation Gmbh, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICx Technologies. From 1992 to 2000, he worked in various positions at St. Gobain Radiation Measurement Products in Germany. He also worked at the Institute for Radiation Protection Physics in Dresden in TLD and OSL technologies. Dr. Fellinger holds a Ph.D. from Dresden University of Technology.
