Mirion Technologies Appoints Seth B. Rosen Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel
SAN FRANCISCO, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Mirion Technologies, the leading global provider of detection, measurement, and analysis solutions in the radiation protection industry, today announced that Seth Rosen has been appointed Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel. Mr. Rosen will lead Mirion Technologies' strategic partnership development activities and be responsible for the company's legal activities, intellectual property portfolio, corporate ethics and compliance.

Seth Rosen has 13 years experience in the identification and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies in the areas of energy, nanotechnology, semiconductors, and software. Mr. Rosen's experience includes eight years at the Technology Transfer Department of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, a 3,800-person U.S. Department of Energy science laboratory with an annual operating budget of more than $500,000,000. Mr. Rosen's prior positions include Corporate Counsel at Siebel Systems, Inc. and attorney at the global law firm of Baker & McKenzie.
Mr. Rosen received his J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude), joint M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business and Columbia Business School (Dean's List, Beta Gamma Sigma) and B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa).
